Clean and large rooms. Free laundry facilities. Less than 5mins from metro/tram stops for a 10-15minute ride into the city centre. Loved the vibe of the place too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities provided in room were top notch.

This is an amazing hotel. Absolutely beautiful, great bar, fantastic location (right on the canal, just around the corner from Ann Frank’s house). The staff was extremely helpful on a number of occasions and the bar staff is wonderful. The room was gorgeous - we upgraded to a room with a big tub, and it was worth it. Regarding accessibility: the hotel has an elevator, but you have to climb a short flight of stairs to get in the hotel, another short flight to get to the elevator, and then another short flight once you get out of the elevator. I think there were 20 stairs to get to our room, even with the use of the lift. This was disappointing because my wife has an injured knee, but we managed. If a guest were wheel chair-bound, this would not be an accessible hotel. It’s a beautiful, historic building from the 1600s, so they get a pass, but if you can’t do stairs, be advised.

Staff were extremely helpful,breakfast was excellent and set you up for a day of walking around the sites all close by,and then on returning at the end of the day the best part was Kevin & Brenda the dynamic duo waiting for you in the bar with a refreshing drink and he might sing for you Go raibh mo agat

Very close to lots downtown! And there was AC - thank goodness!!!

We had an amazing stay at the Pulitzer. The hotel rooms, staff, dining and location were all excellent. We arrived early, before our room was ready, but they were able to arrange for us to join a canal tour on their private boat while we waited. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. We'll definitely be back!

Staff and Hotel were excellent. The location was perfect. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.
