So- this is disappointing to write. Based on my previous experiences at the big chain business hotel, I was hoping for something better, but that’s not the case. While staff is excellent with automated assisted check-in, that’s about where it ends. The only pros…location is a direct stop for the limo bus to/from Heneda. Also- you have much more room to lay out your suitcase(s) on the floor. The room does have significantly more space to lay out suitcases on the floor. Generally- considering the foot traffic, it’s clean enough. Staff is generally excellent.
The cons…..I stayed in a renovated double twin room. renovated means the hall carpet has been changed outside of rooms, and in the room there is modular furniture consisting of a small desk/chair/footstool. The footstool was really obviously stained and dirty. There is a huge blank wall- that could be used for additional hooks to hang clothes, some artwork, something. But it’s blank and ugly. There are less lighting options compared to the big chain- so it’s either all overhead lights or none. No separate overhead near room door. Last- they only replace sheets every 3 nights, for a 4 night stay. Towels can be refreshed daily. The fridge is in an alcove near front door with potential for shelving or storage above…but it’s wasted space above. In the end- my partner and I agreed we preferred the big chain business hotel.

I stayed Executive Deluxe Room on24th Floor
Much roomy & Bath Room was separated spaces Sink & Toilet & Bath Tub. Not like a Unit Bathroom ( much Smaller space )all together.
Spend extra Room Rate, but it’s worth !!!
