Clean room, friendly helpful staff, very conveniently located. Great amenities including the best coffee I ever had in a hotel room.

As the name implies, the view of Asakusa Skytree and the surrounding city skyline was breathtaking. The staff and service experience were wonderful. We speak only some Japanese, but our experience was wonderful and the staff were able to communicate with us despite our limited Japanese. The property was in excellent condition, and we absolutely loved the breakfast buffet! There were many options, and again the service experience was superb. We walked to Sensoji temple and to the shopping (donqi and uniqlo) all within 5mins walk or less from the property, so the location was great for the area, and very close to the subway line connecting all.over tokyo. We would love to stay again the next time we are lucky enough to be traveling to Japan.

Very clean hotel in a convenient location of the city that is easy to get around.

Room was very small for a double and mattress was too firm. The pillows were hard and made of bean bag type. Homeless people hanging around by the entrance..
