Location of this Hotel is fantastic. Staff was extremely professional. Downside: In 2026, all rooms should have at least a fridge, bottles of water and coffee at very least. No breakfast included and no concierge available. With the additional tax per night and overly priced hotel fees, a minimum little amenities would be appreciated.

Great location if you're trying to get to a show or Times Square. City views are "mid" .Feels extremely crowded in the lobby area and the elevators are slow with 10 plus people . The worst part is coming in and out of the hotel with the amount of people smoking right by the doors nobody enforces the 10-ft rule and cigarette butts are everywhere. Rooms are very small almost unable to walk around in your room which seems typical of most hotels in the area.

The place is real nice but tired - great AC - location is awesome as well.

I think the shower had mold ( underneath the tiles) and the room was never cleaned. I had to ask twice to get it cleaned in a 5 day stay and I had to constantly ask for more towels. I felt like I was staying in a dorm for 350 a night. I would not go back again. The only good thing was the location and it was quiet.
