They should notify customers in advance about the ongoing renovations. I was awakened by construction noises and once by the smell of some type of chemical. The problem was addressed immediately by staff. An in-room air filter provided.

Great staff that were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was super clean and the hotel was right next to the park which was great to walk to.

Decent offering on the north side of Patong Beach. Great breakfast. Large room with standard size refrigerator/freezer and dining table.

Excellent service from reception staff. Great location. The food was exceptional. The room was fantastic, so spacious and had a kitchen atea.

My family and I loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The amenities were amazing and the rooms were so spacious, clean and cozy! We had a wonderful experience!

Every aspect of this resort was AMAZING. Breakfast was excellent with great choice. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Location of resort fantastic - close to shops and restaurants. Phuket hustle and bustle not too far if that’s what you want.
