From the moment we arrived, the staff provided excellent service. The check-in process was efficient, and our luggage was delivered promptly. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and very comfortable. The location was convenient with easy access to transport. Breakfast was adequate, although the buffet selection could be wider. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was good. The only thing I will say is the aircon needs more frequent cleaning/maintenance to cool the rooms efficiently.
