The view was really nice. Very good buffet setup and breakfast variety. The entry point to hotel was really clean and updated. Reception in very good condition. Guest bathroom in the lobby was really clean and tidy. Props to house keeping. Keep up the good job! The overal experince was ok but there were a few things i didnt like. For example my reservation showed 3 guest in the reservation/with breakfast. When i arrived at the property to check in i was told only 2 breakfast were included. I was told if i wanted the 3rd person in my party that i already paid for to eat i had to pay a fee. So lets just say according to them i only paid for 2 ppl put of the 3 to eat. So yes i sat there during breakfast and let both my kids eat. Its sad that they refused to acknowledge my reservation. I spoke on site to floor manager kylie and she said in order for us to all eat we had to pay the extra fee even though my reservation said breakfast included for 3 ppl. The room overal was ok. The bed was well made and clean. The only complaint was that the walls are very dirty needs a fresh coat of paint and they should really invest in getting the curtains and rug washed since they were very stained and dirty. Besides those inconvenience the hotel is ok. Management should make sure they update their policy and fees so they dont over charge customers.. i will attache pictures so managers can address accordingly.

One of the best hotels in Korea. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Swimming pool was so fun and they did outdoor concert for swimmers. It was so fun. The Room was well maintained and clean. We stayed during the hot summer but the blanket was heavy, seemed for winter. Toiletries are not complimentary.

Elevator under renovation. Always had to wait several minutes to get an elevator that was not full for my family to fit.

Clean room, perfect location and walking distance to Myeongdong night market. Very convenient location to everything. Subway station is right there too.

Not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 3.5 to 4.0 average score for service. The Good; Facility and cleanliness: 40 to 4.5. Doormen: 5.0 for taking care of baggage and incoming and outgoing guests to ensure they are catching their taxis or leaving their taxis. Restaurants: 4.5 to 5.0 excellent service and food options The Not So Good: Very basic issues with The Ambassador Hotel Pullman in Seoul: 1) No receipt available of hotel stay. Very basic data such as a daily room rate receipt not available upon check out. In other words, you have zero idea what you paid in Korean Won (KRW) vs your local currency (I.e., USD, EUR or GBP). This is a very simple ask yet the front desk assistant manager Jacob Ham sincerely could not disclose the simple room rates for my total stay and provide a KRW receipt due to it being against Pullman Ambassador Hotel Policy. I think that policy puts the hotel front desk at risk of being at many levels. Financial reporting is a critical part of the hotel stay. Yet the front desk staff have zero power to provide a basic receipt is not a 5-Star hotel practice. 2) Room Service: Rated 2-3 stars. The Room service Team on 3 occasions look terribly unprofessional and unhappy with their jobs when they slam the door when exiting the room after dropping off deliveries. They look they are mopping around and miserable from either poor management, poor training or understaffing. I cannot figure out why they look and behaved as they dislike their jobs.

We had a wonderful stay

Very tired room with electrics hanging off the wall. Front desk staff generally unhelpful. I have never stayed in a hotel where they do not provide coffee in the room (you can have tea, but when I asked for coffee, I was simply told, 'No'). However, it was very convenient for COEX (20 minute walk) and with 6006 bus stops outside, airport transport was very easy.

Lots of stuff to do nearby a little hard to use amenities but staff were helpful.

5 min walk to the beach, friendly staff, free breakfast, and free use of washer dryer on site. Me, my wife, and our 2 toddlers had a great time staying at Haerium Hotel. Highly recommended.

Fantastic breakfast, good rates, clean and comfortable room with big tv, will come back again
