We had the best time at MondayApart Daimon. The staff members were very sweet and friendly. They spoke English and really made us feel welcome. The room was clean with plenty of towels and other amenities and of course very clean. The in room laundry machine was a wonderful addition to the room. They have everything I love in a hotel. We felt in love with Japan and I will stay in this hotel in my next visit!

Could not recommend this hotel and area more. Incredibly quiet despite being so central, walkable from numerous subways and many great less touristy eateries. Front desk were very kind when my young son arrived ahead of us and allowed him up to the room early. The space is compact but an excellent layout. We were in apartment 5 which had a separate living space, loo, bedroom and shower room and a dressing room area with a washer dryer. Made for the most perfect family base to explore Tokyo. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent staff, great location and rooms are equipped with everything!

Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. I booked the Japanese style room was was big for 3 of us and enough space for our suitcases. It has a washer/dryer in the room which was convenient. 7/11 and 2 Lawson's just around the corner. 800m walk to the Tokyo Tower which has a nice restaurant.

An absolutely GORGEOUS hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed in. The service and staff were impeccable! From the luxurious garden, the onsen and pool, the gym, the amazing breakfast.. just WOW! I didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city when I chose this hotel. It’s about a 10 min walk to the local subway and 7-11(must try the egg salad sandwich). For me, the hotel was perfectly located. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Chinzanso 🙌

The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection is clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and the amenities were excellent. Our room had air-conditioning, as well as an air purifier. Turn-down service was available and enjoyable. The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection is located walking distance to Shinagawa Station, allowing easy access to the rest of the city. It is also centrally located and has sights to see in the community. The Sauna and Whirlpool services are unavailable to those with tattoos, unfortunately, but our room had a relaxing jet tub. The in-room dining service was quite expensive compared to previous experiences, as well as NADAMAN TAKANAWA PRIME was more expensive than expected. I recommend trying nearby local restaurants, such as Royal Host or 麺ダイニング たかなわ for a more affordable and authentic experience. The staff were able to accommodate an hour later checkout time, as well as book transportation to Narita airport on our behalf.
