We thoroughly enjoyed your resort however our room 5103 had its own pool however access to this was quite difficult unless you accessed it through the bedroom each time.
I would suggest that a step ladder into and out of the pool would make it easier for both children and adults to use
The surrounding area was also slippery when wet

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Pool was awesome and staff very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Only issue was it was a little noisy, could hear the people above us walking around all night causing sleepless nights. Aside from that it was a lovely hotel
