Good rooms with city views, and the location was right in central Osaka and the metro is the B1 floor of the building, very easy to get to. If coming from Kyoto don’t take the Shinkansen take the limited express much cheaper and still there in 45 min! Great and helpful staff, would definitely stay here again!

Very clean hotel, amazing location and the staff was very friendly. I wound 100% recommend g got those that need an apartment style hotel.

Location, location, location. Excellent location in osaka for a "home base". 5 minutes to the train station, 2 minutes to dontonbori, lot's of shops and restaurants close by. Easy day trips to Kyoto and Nara from this location.

This was my second time staying here. The staff wwere helpful. My family liked the view of the castle from our room.

Wonderful apart-hotel, stayed 5 nights and did a day-trip to Hiroshima. Hotel was clean, everything worked, we used the washer-dryer every day, There are 2 subway lines a short walk away, lots of restaurants, temples, shrines and gardens you can walk to. Helpful front-desk staff, a free shuttle to the golden temple, discount on the chopstick making excursion which was fun, a perfect stay in a perfect hotel!
