The staffs at reception are great. Very good customer service and always helpful whenever you have questions. Room is mostly clean. We did have little critter visit our room probably from house keeping when the door was opened. Great location as it is walking distance to many restaurants and Akihabara district. Less than 20 minutes walk to Ueno Skyliner station.

Family of 4 - Stayed one night in Grand Japanese room. Our teens slept on the tatami mats they provided. Not as nice as other Monday we stayed at but fine overall. It’s in Ginza but not near all the things you want to walk to and see. Used taxis every time we went somewhere.

Loved the spacious room with washing machine, good location close to Ueno restaurants bars & shops, easy to travel around with access to different metro lines & Airport lines. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Tokyo.

The breakfast was so delicious, with lots of choices including a separate Japanese breakfast restaurant. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view of the Tokyo tower.

It was clean, 2 min from train station. If you forgot any thing at home they had it there. Plus other treats

The room was excellent for our family of 5. We had 2 twin beds, 2 sofa beds, and a futon in a separate room with tatami mats. Microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, stove, kitchen sink, dishes, cups, utensils. Very spacious. Separate toilet and shower rooms. In-room Laundry includes free detergent you can get in the lobby. It’s about 15 minute walk to train stations, there’s a 7-11 less than 5 minute walk to stock up on everything you need if don’t want to eat out often. Very quiet area. If you don’t mind walking a lot and don’t need the full service of large hotels, it’s a great place.
