Front desk staffs are very kind. Staffs at third floor restaurant are not up to Shilla standard. Breakfast overall was excellent. Coffee, however, needs to be upgraded. A few things in the room, need to be fully repaired.

We enjoyed our honeymoon here and we had an absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff were so helpful and polite. The interior is extremely clean and well kept. The breakfast was excellent!
