Perfect for families- great staff- clean apartment!

Loved everything about our stay. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location with exceptional staff.

Great location for downtown events, Suns or Diamond Back games. Very clean and modern building, if not a bit austere. But you are renting a leased apartment and while the limited staff is as helpful as can be e, they can't help you with your booking . Any contact with the lessor is automated, including construction

Check in was easy and fast, loved the idea of resort activities but they got canceled a couple times during our stay. The restaurant is less of a restaurant and more of snack bar (unless there is something more than the downstairs that we saw... no one to ask.) Rooms were outdated and although clean, it smelled. The biggest complaint I had was that the guests in the room next to ours were having a violent domestic dispute in the middle of the afternoon, screaming, banging things around, slamming doors. I was afraid to leave my room with my toddler because people were coming and going constantly and I didnt want them to think I had heard or called the front. When I did contact the front desk, they said they would send security around. It got quiet for about 20 minutes before starting all over again. I had to drown out the shouting and cussing so my toddler wouldn't hear and be afraid. I contacted the front again amd waited a long time before it finally got quiet. I know the resort cannot control guests but I feel as if they didn't care much for my experience or the well being of my family. They didnt offer to move us, or follow up with any information. I would have appreciated them offering to move the other guests or us.
