"First, the positives - A beautiful old hotel. We enjoyed the meals we had on premise at 1902 and the coffee shop. We stayed in the older, historic section. The room was clean except for a very icky rusty shower drain.
The negatives - the room walls were very thin. Our family had 2 rooms but another party was placed in between us. this party had 3+ children that continually screamed and ran up/down the halls. It was so bad that we eventually called the front lobby. They promised...
"We were very disappointed. The current condition of the property did not match the photos. Room, dinning room and common areas were dirty, dusty and in need of maintenance. Did not expect this experience given the price and 4 star rating."
