Granbell Hotel Shinjuku provided us pleasant experience during our stay. We stayed for five days, enjoying a breakfast that was both good and reasonably priced. Our room was cleaned daily, staff were accommodating and had helped us booked a taxi going to the airport!

Very accessible, the comfort is fanatstic, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. Their breakfast buffet is wonderful. Our room was always clean and new pajamas every night! My husband and I had an amazing experience. Thank you so much!

Property was good. Staff was great, although it would have been better if they could speak better English. Breakfast buffet was average at best with very limited choices and very few tables with tower view. We stayed for 5 days and my daughters only ate breakfast here the first day, they skipped the last 4 days. For this reason, this hotel only deserves 3 stars from us.
