Stayed in a corner room which was spacious and well-maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Didn’t spend much time in the club lounge. Staff very friendly and efficient. Short walk to the metro which was safe late at night. Would recommend and would stay again

Everything was beautiful and the staff is seriously amazing! So sweet and attentive. I love that the 7-11 is right downstairs and the garden is stunning! My only complaint is that it’s so noisy in the morning. I can hear the carts rolling around and shuffling upstairs and the construction everywhere. But it is what it is. Lovely place would stay here again. Maybe next year when there’s less construction.

Clean rooms extremely helpful and friendly staff. The Bell captains were excellent with arranging transportation. The 711 in the basement is open 24 hours. Breakfast buffet is good, probably overpriced, but aren’t they all?
And all those Japanese toilets, they speak for themselves
Wholeheartedly recommend this property.
