Shuttle wasn’t working the day I arrived, but the hotel found a service to provide rides to travelers the next day. They pivoted quickly, and found a solution

Great location from the airport train. No atm so go to the hotel across the canal behind the floating Chinese restaurant.

The location is good. The staff is very helpful. We enjoying stay here.

We didn't receive room cleaning service on the second day of our stay - they just replaced towels and left without making the bed or replacing necessary toiletries. In addition, location was not convenient and in my opnion should not be called city centre - it is misleading.

I didnt used the hot tub I was very disappointment the spa massage was not done properly the lady hand his not srtong.the service i received do not worth the money i paid...and i paid for deep tissue.i did not receive a therapeutis firm pressure.its was wasting my money..

Very very good staff. They gave us complimentary upgrade to penthouse. Amazing service. Christina at front desk was very very courteous and helpful. All staff is amazing even at the entrance .
