Amazing place and outstanding staff. Andre, in particular, was exceptionally helpful welcoming from the moment we arrived and consistently proactive throughout my stay. He anticipated what we might need, offered thoughtful recommendations, and followed up to make sure everything was perfect. The rest of the team mirrored that same warm, professional attitude: quick to greet, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely proud of their work. It’s rare to find a hotel where the service feels both efficient and personal, this one absolutely delivers, thanks to people like Andre.

Lovely location and room sea view was spectacular over the rock pools which were lovely to swim in. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and also gave us a packed breakfast/lunch when we had to head out early on tours. The roof top pool, sauna and jacuzzi were lovely to relax in at the end of a packed day. Only downside is the infrequent public transport to Funchal so you will need to catch Bolts so end up pricey. If you have a hire car it’s an ideal location Loved this 5 night holiday in Madeira

The hotel was great and really well situated. The two pools on the roof were also great and never busy. All the staff especially the reception and over breakfast Antonio in particular were amazing. The breakfasts were the best we’ve had for a long time. Really enjoyed our stay and if we visit Madeira again without hesitation I would pick The Vine

We loved our stay at sentido! The only thing to be warned about is the parking situation. There is not much parking available, and most spots you need to pay for parking.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club. We received a warm welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making every effort to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We had a lovely room with everything we needed. The pool in the sea is unique, and the food was excellent. We were even offered a shuttle service without having to ask. I highly recommend the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club to everyone, and it will definitely be my first choice again on my next visit to Madeira. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The Melia Medeira was a beautiful hotel! The pool was lovely and clean, they had nice entertainment in the evening and the front desk staff were very attentive and a great source of information as needed. The bar tenders were also super!! The room itself was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. If I had to say anything as a form of help, my suggestion would be to update the washrooms. The entire hotel was so nice, but the washrooms felt dated and the shower was not great. Otherwise, we had a great stay at the Melia.
