Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

The hotel is in a fairly good location, but what makes it stand out is the staff, who are always trying to make sure your stay is comfortable.
There is a gym, swimming pool, steam room and Spa, as well as a breakfast buffet with plenty of choice.
