Hi I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott Putryana
The staff were so very incredibly kind and friendly and were always there to help.
The hotel is beautiful and very enjoyable in all ways
It was relaxed and of a high level of service
A unique combination
The buffet breakfast was incredible
The beds were comfortable and room always clean.
We enjoyed dinners & desserts and the dessert chef spent time chatting with us about his incredible skills in creating delicious deserts
And also the manager and the staff were so supportive & kind when I needed a doctor in the early hours of the morning just before leaving for my flight
I could not believe how they made sure i received the medical care I needed
Truely thankful
Again I wish to say thank you to the management and the staff for their generosity and making me feel at home in such a magnificent hotel

"Great facilities. Transfer bus can be a lottery at certain times of the day due to numbers using it. Sunday night at 12am on the ground floor staff from restaurant / hotel making excessive noisy, pushing trolleys over rutted tiled floor, this then started at 4am with what I assume was laundry / food ..."
