Staff helped us booked a few shows during our stay, Helpful and accommodating. They have good selection on the breakfast buffet. Room was clean and walking distance to My Khe beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff goes out of their way to get to know their guests and make them feel welcomed at the hotel. They operate a free shuttle to old town and to the beach. There are free bicycles you can use and they are wonderful for riding around in the rice fields and to see water buffalo. We absolutely LOVED our balcony room that looked out to the river and a field with water buffalos. IMO the water buffalo view was priceless and I left with lots of pictures of the mom with her baby (you can also watch them from the breakfast area patio). Breakfast offered many choices and the staff in the breakfast were happy to help with any requests that you made. The egg chef did a great job each morning making omelettes. My only suggestion for the breakfast buffet would be to add oatmeal milk and margarine for those that are lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy. The location of the hotel is perfect; away from the craziness of old town but a short walk to tons of coffee shops and restaurants. We walked to Old Town one day and even that isn't an overly long walk. We wouldn't hesitate to return here for another stay. Thank you everyone for making our time in Hoi An special!

Our first room had a musty smell and management once they heard this from me, upgraded us to another room on the same day, which was awesome by all the staff involved in making this happen. Our new room was 10 out of 10. Everything else about the hotel was excellent.

I am very happy snd satisfied with my stay at Awaken Danang. The resort overall is very clean and well maintained. I reserved a family room and both rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean and big.. I love their continental breakfast. Main dishes are different everyday and food is delicious. The buffet hall is huge where you don't have to worry where to sit and people not bumping into each other. Most of all, staff are very pleasant and helpful. They assisted us with all our tour inquiries and provided us with good services. I highly recommend this place. Great for families and solo travelers.

We booked an ocean view room with private pool. It was amazingly beautiful. Great breakfast buffet. Would stay again!
