Keep up the good work

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

New modern hotel. Bedroom is humongous, feels like an apartment. But, bed is very very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The key system only works if you download an app, I got a real key and it didn't work.

We checked in by kiosk and no information on benefits like 20 beverage credit, breakfast or casino credit was shared.

The Suite was lovely, spotless, and vert welcoming for our needs. But what really impressed us was the staff - from check in to checkout, concierge and dine-in services, to casino staff, food court personnel - these people are very proud to be part pf the Venetian. Only negative-access to coffee in the morning. No coffeemaker in room seems really harsh, especially when room service takes an hour and vendors are lined up by dozens. Guests need a jolt to go out and buy the real petrol. And they will.
