The location of the hotel directly across Shinagawa Station was really great. The staff were also very cordial and helpful. Our room however was small, and it smelled of smoke. The carpet has cigarette burns in it and some of the shower tiles were cracked. They need to replace the carpet and maintain the room a little better.

A premium hotel in every sense, with facilities that fully live up to that standard. Check-in was smooth and efficient, handled by staff who were exceptionally polite, helpful, and comfortable in English throughout.
A room upgrade was kindly provided, resulting in a spacious and immaculate room with a truly spectacular view over Tokyo Bay. The room was well-maintained and presented to an excellent standard.
Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay that we would recommend without hesitation.
