Staff were amazing, and the room was great! Loved the Onsen it was very refreshing!

Enjoyed the lavish buffet spread with fresh sashimi and international food! Great private onsen. Friendly staff. Only one small downside is traveling with kids we can’t sleep together as have to split to two bedrooms and it’s separated by a wall. And also have to travel abit for dinner

Clean, comfortable and well maintained room with a great interior. Everything was well set up for a pleasant stay. Would happily stay again.

Great breakfast options. Japanese, western or buffet. I chose western. Premium fresh fruits, pastries, famous Hokkaido milk, different juices and many more. The outdoor onsen is beautiful. Our room with lake view, we could see the lakeside fireworks at night and beautiful sunrise in the morning. The best of all, they let us check in early since our room is ready. And the check out time is not till 12 pm. White gloves staff services through out the hotel. The room is extremely clean. We would definitely will come back.

Views are impeccable onsen was dream like and very relaxing.

Everything was lovely except the room was super warm with no ventilation as unable to open room windows.

Breakfast and dinning area is on the top of the building, 12 floor, which has wonderful view of golf course and mountain. Hot spring is free and open 6-9 am and 12-24 pm. Every room has view of golf course.

Room is good and sufficient for all of us 4 person. No laundry room, no daily and make up room unless sign is put outside door before 1pm. New towels only be provided. The only extra thing is free lounge alcohol for everyone. They dont check though, so anyone can come in. Hotel floor doesnt need card to go in, so you might feel unsecure. No coffee in the room as well, and you need to get your water from outside room as well.
