Reno Golf Vacations

This is my first time I come back here after many year, it’s ok overall but the AC was too slow or didn’t work. I called the receptionist to report the AC issue to have it checked out since it’s been almost 3 hours and my room was still at 77.1 degree. The receptionist told me that she created a ticket for the facility tech to come up and check and make sure that I don’t have the privacy tag hang on the door. My wife and I left the room shortly after the call and came back about 3 hours later. We didn’t notice if the tech came but no note or nothing but the room was still at 77.1 degree.

Everything was great. Would stay there again for sure

convenient to be able to go to all 3 hotels without going outdoors

The rooms were very nice. Stayed on the no smoking floor, rooms did not smell like smoke. Housekeeping needs to be addressed. Cleaned only 1 room out of the 3 rooms i had. Called housekeeping for extra towels, they only brought the big towel. No hand or face towels.

Stayed for a 3 day tournament and everything amazing!
