Traveled with a group of 13. Adults and kids. This is probably my favorite resort I’ve ever stayed at. Beach was beautiful and there’s plenty of chairs. The hotel had a variety of options by the pools for a grab and go lunch. Chicken wings, hamburgers, etc. Restaurants are first come first serve, so no reservation hassle. Buffets were great. Hotel staff and waiters were super friendly and helpful. They were always smiling! Very clean resort. VERY hard working staff. Beds and linens were 10/10. Housekeeper Maricruz was awesome. View from hotel was beautiful. We rented 2 cabanas and Daniel took great care of us. It was so relaxing. We had a great time. Will definitely go back!

Stayed at Sunrise and Grand, both have excellent and courteous staff. Lots of amenities that you can spend several days in the resort without getting bored. Excellent Food quality. Only thing that turned me off is the cleanliness, we checked in and the counters and tables look un-sanitized, there are glass ring marks and some parts are sticky that I have to clean it again. We have a big group and everyone of us noticed that Checking in took too long compared to other hotels considering they are a luxury resort we are expecting that checking in would be faster.
