"The bill for one night bed no breakfast was GBP£307 which was high. But what was really poor was being three times for the same night! Not yet refunded. Reflects poorly on their systems."

"Checked in by a very friendly young Spanish man,I rate his attitude ten out of ten.Sadly when I visited reception to book an alarm call the American receptionist was not very friendly and the alarm call did not happen.When leaving another receptionist could offer no explanation for this.Needless to say alarm calls are crucial for travellers."

"My stay at Portmarnock was exceptional. The perfect final stay for my last night in Ireland. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel and my room was beautiful.
