The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Da Nang City. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to drop our luggage at the lobby before check‑in so we could enjoy the city without hassle. They were humble, helpful, and assisted with carrying our bags to the room.
Our room was spacious, with a balcony offering a nice city view. Amenities were well‑provided, though the water pressure was a little low, which made showers take longer.
Overall, it’s a cozy place to stay with excellent service and a convenient location—highly recommended for visitors to Da Nang.

The hotel is amazing. The superior room bay view room was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. Check-in was smooth. The customer service from Anie at front office was excellent. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us plan our transportation and day at Bana Hills and other outings in Danang. She gave us great tips and recommendations. 😀
