第一次入住，酒店易搵人民廣場站19號出口，一出就見到新世界商場直行6分鐘就到，就邊好多食肆及好近南京步行街，房間清潔乾淨，房間窗外是馬路比較嘈，整體唔錯😊

Room is clean and well maintained.surprised that room is much smaller than normal. Bed is also small for one person. Other than that,everything is good.

鄰近南京西路地鐡站出口，十分方便，附近也有很多食肆。本身酒店外部設計也別具特式，美中不足是房間正對面有工程，影響視野，間中也有嘈音。職員態度一般。

The shower head is very weak with its power to pour out water, and water becomes not warm enough when just a bit of cold tap is mixing.

Very nice service. The room is big and tidy.

Close to metro station, lack of smiling face from their staffs & seem they rcvd high pressure from their management! Good services during check in & our especially the young staffs help to collect the luagges !

Lots of noisy kids staying at the hotel. They made big noise in the lobby, the corridor outside my room. Nobody from the hotel reminded them of the disturbance.
