Very nice hotel in a great location by Umeda and Osaka station.
Only downside is rooms are not completely dark even with curtains at night due to light from surrounding buildings

The room is very spacious and property is well-maintained. The area is nice and quiet; compared to the noise at Dotonbori. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The staff at the lobby was amazing! There were plenty of them to help us check in two rooms for 6 family members and 13 pieces of luggage!
The onsite restaurants were a bonus especially traveling with elderly parents and a large group.
Thomas, one of the bell staff, was very helpful in directing us to the correct trains for a day trip to Kyoto and shopping Osaka!
Also, housekeeping was super-fast at responding to our requests!
We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Osaka!
