A fantastic hotel. The service was fantastic and the rooms (we had two adjoining rooms for our family) were spacious and had amazing views. We were sorry to leave and can't wait to return.

Their staff were very friendly and respectful. The rooms were nice. It was close to a grocery store and Family Mart. It was east to navigate from a couple different train and metro stations.

I very much appreciated the staff helping us getting checked in and explaining how everything works, they made us feel very welcome. Also, they were very helpful at checkout with getting our luggage sent to our next MONday Apart Premium location. The Japanese style room was excellent and the view of Skytree right outside our door was so cool. I would love to stay at the Ueno MONday again sometime & will recommend highly to my friends and family.
