Sindo Island Fishing Vacations

Rooms were a lot bigger then others in Seoul. Beautiful, lots of space, comfy beds. The property was fantastic. No plug ins by the beds though! The breakfast wasn't included and it was pretty expensive but a very extensive buffet.

Stayed at the GLAD Hotel and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large with excellent water pressure. The location was convenient with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The main downside was the noise — kids running through the halls and doors slamming made it difficult to fully relax at times. Also, the “airport shuttle” is somewhat misleading. It’s actually a public city bus pickup located about 1.5 blocks from the hotel, not a dedicated hotel shuttle. It was farther distance to many sites than I expected but Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with a few drawbacks.

This hotel was in a great location, right next to a small mall, shops & restaurants around Insadong. This was also within walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace, about 25 - 30 min walk to Gwangjang market, Cheonggyecheon stream & Ikseondong. Lots of shops, art galleries & museums are close by

It’s rare to have a full kitchen and that much space in that location in Seoul. Just minutes to subway. It was very quiet and convenient. Went back for the second time around for the quality.

The room was full of dust and not properly cleaned, especially the sliding glass doors for the bedroom and the laundry area. The washing machine smelled because the door was probably closed while wet. I had to run it at least twice with hot water. The cleaning staff seems to be nice overall but the front desk staff are very rude. I’ve never been to a hotel with such rude staff at the front desk, especially for a four star hotel. There were multiple occurrences which led to my conclusion of their attitude. I stayed for almost 3 weeks but will never re-book with this place again. It was my first time in Korea…lesson learned.

exceptional staff, room and breakfast

I really liked staying here - and I was there for 2 full weeks. It's well maintained and the staff is very helpful. It is located 5 mins from Line 2 which was super convenient and there are many good stores/restaurants in the area. I had the breakfast add-on which I enjoyed; the options are a bit limited so it would be nice to get a bit of variety but overall it was a good experience!

Nice clean rooms, the view of the mountains is beautiful. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable, the location is also very close to Seoul station.

I didn't like the bathtub door. I just could block the half of the bathtub. So, the water dropped down the floor during the shower.

Great location for the metro, bus, local restaurants. Easy access to Bukhansan. Close to Palace. Loved dining in nearby Euljiro neighborhood.

We had a great stay here! The room was small, but the prime location made up for that. We were not in our rooms a lot and the location made it so convenient to put our bags down and go back out. The staff were excellent and the washing/drying service was amazing! We would definitely stay here again! One feedback was that our room was not ready by check-in time and we had to wait 30 minutes with our luggage for our room to be finished. It wasn’t too bad because other than that our experience here was perfect.

Good location in Myeong-dong. 15-20 minute walking distance to Seoul station. Taxi/Uber doesn't want to drive that short distance. The hotel staff didn't offer any help to deal with unexpected travel frustration.
