A true 5 star experience, we were made to feel welcomed the moment we arrived.
The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, housekeeping staff are excellent, keeping the room spotlessly clean!
We tried all the on site restaurants and didn't have a single complaint with any of them, great staff, great food. Danilo at the pool bar is a gentleman, so friendly and welcoming - a credit to the hotel...
In general the way this hotel is run is a true credit to the management.
If we are back in Abu Dhabi, this will be the first hotel I'll check for availability
