Western Tokyo Fishing Vacations

Our stay was excellent. The rooms were impeccable and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff was wonderful. Thrilled with our stay.

We loved this hotel! The layout of the rooms was great and they were very spacious! The. Bathrooms were beautiful and also spacious. Having the washer/dryer in the room was helpful and we were able to do laundry everyday. We had one issue with the air dryer in shower, we went downstairs and they had someone up in 10 minutes to fix it. Everyone who worked there was very kind and helpful. We were able to easily use Google Translate if they didn’t speak English. The location was nice wand quiet but close up to many things. 7 eleven a few minutes away! It did take a little longer to get to other areas of Tokyo as we were not on a main subway line, but we enjoyed th quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. The rooms were also really quiet- we couldn’t hear anything outside or in other rooms! No other hotel we stayed in was this quiet.

Central location, across from train station yet the noise was minimal, great for families - full kitchen, washer/dryer. Room was clean, check in was efficient, price is higher than other rooms, however, exceeded our families needs (3 adults, 1 teen, 1 child).

Nice rooms, spacious than other hotels. Ginza area is safe, near and close to Tokyo station. Also the staff was very helpful.

We’ve stayed here in 2024 for 8 nights and it was perfect so we decided to stay here again this time for 10 nights. We love their Japanese garden with full of beautiful cherry blossoms, koi pond, tea house etc.., location is nice and quiet, love the shuttle bus to near the station, and staff were mostly polite and professional this time. But, about 4 out of 8 nights, we had our room cleaned and almost always some resupply issue with house keeping. One time, they took the old nightwear away but didn’t leave new ones. Other times, no more coffees or toilet papers, so we had to call to have them brought up. It wasn’t

Absolutely beautiful luxury hotel. Welcoming staff and concierge service specific to Hanakohro is a nice feature that distinguishes one’s stay and makes it even more special. Restaurants onsite are very nice, although a bit on the pricey side. The garden is very relaxing.

Clean rooms but you won’t get fresh towels unless you ask for them.

Impecable stay at this facility. I encountered the nicest staff of all my stays throughout Japan, everyone cheerful, patient, and eager. Room was spotless and the beds are extremely comfortable. The black silica salt bath was an amazing experience. The included dinner was phenomenal and felt like an omakase experience. The breakfast left a little to be desired, however the hotel is on an amazing strip for small shops and food. My only regret is not staying another night, we will certainly be back!
