8.8/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
Nice hotel, but looking a little dated now. Some smell when you get out of lift there was a musty smell, not nice. Food for the buffet was not great either. Lovely staff Shannan on reception was very helpful.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,947 reviews)
Overall it was a great place to stay as it was within walking distance to the Mall. The worse thing was that we had items taken from our room. These items were a pair of running shoes, a sweater, and worst of all medication. This left a bad impression when in fact the staff were friendly and helpful.
