Hotel settings were amazing but I found some spots where needed to be cleaned.

Very nice and helpful, very sweet. Place is very beautiful and cozy. The public bathrooms were amazing and the onsen in our room was really nice. They have a shuttle, just make sure they can pick you up.

The toilet wasn’t very clean. :(

I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended.

Clean, convenient. Great location. Great views.

the staffs at this hotel are top notch. So helpful and gracious. The traditional japanese breakfast was the best I've had anywhere. Thank you for the memorable stay.

Food was awesome and great variety! Kids enjoyed the treasure surprise and the character rooms. Staff were very helpful and had cute amenities. Would definitely return for another trip!

This hotel is located near the Nagoya Station. And there are a few convenience store and some restaurant near it. Very clean and the room is larger than Apa Hotel.
