Superb location, clean and enough room for 4 people easily in a room. Angela was particularly helpful and kind. Recommend here for a good stay in Hanoi. Close to Train st and Hoen Kiem Lake.

big difference between reality and pictures
There is a very big difference between reality and pictures on the website. The hotel is poorly maintained and the door lock is falling apart. Shower is weak and hard to control its temperature. Staff were quite friendly.

The clerk is nice and friendly. He says hello to us every day, so we feel cozy staying this hotel. Even though the room is not the best, they provide great service to us.
