MONday hotel is perfect for family stay. The room is spacious with a small kitchen, oven, microwave and laundry machine. Staffs are all very kind and helpful. They speak ENGLISH. This hotel also provides free shuttle to Miyama village and kinkakuji. Bus stops and Subway are not far away. They help to ship luggages. We are very happy to stay in this hotel when we came to Kyoto. Definitely will book it again next time when we come to Kyoto. A big thanks to all the staff.

The hotel was very close to the main touristic attractions. The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished, and very comfortable—perfect for traveling with kids. They were also larger than most hotel rooms in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and even assisted us shipping our luggage to the next hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone looking for extra space and comfort in their room.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staffs. Hotel is very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access, walking distance to subways, shopping and dining.

Great 4-star hotel. Easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping and restaurants) and other tourist attractions. VIP upgrade to the 30th floor (2nd highest) and 1pm checkout. The room size is adequate for Japan standard. The queen size has great back support. The AC is superb. The shower head is the most powerful sray we have ever seen. We need to place a wash cloth to hold it in place to avoid spinning. Two bottles of water are supplied everyday. Clean sheets every other day. Amenities included mouthwash for men and women. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and staff welcome us all times. Great stay and will stay again.

The room was huge, brand new and beautiful with incredible amenities, but the service sets apart the Kamo from other hotels. The staff repeatedly went beyond expectations.

Great time at Osaka Marriott Miyako Hotel. Room perfectly clean. View is amazing. Breakfast if very good (especially the croissant). Great location and well connected to the train and metro station. Perfect choice. We will return

The lobby is nice, that staff were friendly, but the room/services were poor.

They don't include regular room service and the size of the room was too small. It's not a bad hotel, but the location is not the best.
