Everything you would expect from a well respected hotel in Singapore. Clean rooms, breakfast was great. The swimming pool was easily accessible. Staff were extremely helpful and responded quickly especially when our door was not opening on our day off departure!

The staff is very friendly. The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel is located near Tanjon Pagar MRT station so it is very easy to get to any place in Singapore. Lots of restaurants are nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and spacious room. Easy access to the MRT.
We received a complimentary upgrade at check-in.
We did not have an opportunity to enjoy the pool but are returning in just 2 days after a quick visit to Bintan and plan to spend the afternoon at the pool upon arrival.

What an amazing stay at Pan Pacific. Staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly. The staff at the club lounge go above and beyond to make you feel looked after and and always with a smile and a chat. It truly is a holiday to remember, and we will most definitely be back. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, and the staff absolutely make this a 5* experience
