They have terrible customer service. I could not travel from USA to Germany due to the Global pandemic and they refused to give a refund to Orbitz. I will not use them unless they provide me with a refund or credit.

The room was clean and the place was close to the Christmas market. The only thing was we can hear everything happening on the streets although I couldn’t hear anything from the other rooms.
