8.6/10 Excellent! (2,270 reviews)

This is not a four star property. The walls in our room were very banged up and dirty, and the sink and shower had black mold. We went to the rooftop bar, seated ourselves, waited 10 min, got up and got our own menus, and the three wait staff chatting at the bar never came over. We ended up leaving. It is not a well run nor maintained property.
