The hotel is in a perfect location and the staff was wonderful! It has two great restaurants and the girls there were so pleasant. We also attended Cirque du Soleil show which is conveniently located at the hotel as well. Best show we have seen so far. I only have on little complaint, we were upgraded, since the room was a suite, the bedroom had low ventilation, it was a tad warm. Other than that, view was great, room clean, staff wonderful. We loved it and would stay again.

This hotel is amazing. Very pricey but the property and service is impeccable. Orchids and La Mer are fantastic restaurants. Coconut Cake is a must. You have got to eat at Orchids for breakfast seaside at Waikiki. Bar service and drinks are unique and delicious. Every staff member down to the lawn guys were friendly, made eye contact, and said hello. Concierge is excellent. If you like high tea in the afternoon I highly recommend

Not the same level of excellence I’m accustomed to at Embassy Suites. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Furniture was stiff. Didn’t make it to the Manager’s reception but breakfast was disappointing. No biscuits or gravy (maybe that’s southern states only?). The coffee was instant out of a machine, not good.

My room was clean with comfy beds.The view across Waikiki Beach was amazing.Close to the beach and some really good food trucks

The hotel was stunning. The location was convenient to many areas. The staff were welcoming and ocean views were amazing.
