Breakfast was okay. Gravy was cold. Disappointed in not being able to receive additional towels. Had 5 people staying in room but only received 3 towels. When asking for more were told they were in the wash. Booked room for 5 so thought would receive towels for 5.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and never had any problems. This past stay, my deposit was held because cough syrup was accidentally dumped on the sheets. White sheets that could very easily be bleached. The room was not destroyed in any way, the mattress was not stained, and the room was overall ...
