Staff were not very helpful when the shower faucet is out of order, not much amenities in the room but room is in fair size and can rent free of charge beach gears and clean towel everyday.

Walk to beach.The room has poor sound insulation and you can hear the voices from the next room. The cleaning staff do a good job when tipped, but are rather perfunctory when not. I found ants on the bed and reported it to the front desk, but no one came to change the sheets.

The location of the resort is simply unbeatable, right across from the world-famous Waikiki Beach, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to the vibrant energy of Waikiki. our room was modern and comfortable with a balcony view that provided a stunning view of the sunset over the Pacific. HIghly recommended!

The hotel is convenient. But the facilities and amenities in room is very old. The resort fee and valet fee is expensive. Sometimes they didn't do clean up in room
