北海道海灘假期

厠所很大和厠所內有電視。 房間很大，舒服，有河景。 有溫泉和暖水泳池，有120米和80 米的滑水梯。 這裏的麵包和蛋糕很新鮮美味。

房間整體不錯，應是新裝修過。惟獨浴室比較舊，而且水龍頭是冷熱水分別的，每次用水都要再重新調較水温，關水時要用力，不然會滴水。 另外，指示停車場位置的員工十分落力、辛苦和敬業，看見他要跑得比車輛更快去引路，這點希望 貴酒店能夠改善。（本人沒有用酒店停車場，只是每次出入看見）

The property is properly located at a quite neighborhood for people looking for privacy. Well renovated yet a bit modern as compare to other onsen ryokan in Japan. Staffs are super polite, helpful and considerate, exceeds most 5 stars hotel standard. The food over there are nice and the presentation is superb. It is just like an art...Each guest room has its own in-room onsen. Due to limited guest rooms, the public onsen is like private onsen most of the time. My family has an amazing stay there. Looking forward to re-visit the venue again if I come around Otaru area next time.

靠海的老飯店，牆壁會有些斑駁、電梯會搖晃，但整體來說乾淨整潔，海景套房窗外就是海岸，8樓有露天溫泉可以聽海浪泡湯(但玻璃牆會充滿霧氣所以無法看海景)，自助晚餐尚可，品質不一，蟹腳好吃
