Good to have the shuttle bus service. Hotel is just next to Zepp Nagoya, very convenient if going to attend a concert there. Otherwise, it is a bit far away from the Nagoya Station and the shopping/dining center around the station. Room is clean and spacious. Suite is exactly the same as seen in the room picture on the booking website. Yet the view of the suite is not the iconic Church view. If do not have a budget concern, this hotel is a great place for relaxation.

樓下就是高島屋百貨商店，購物十分方便 ，坐車上落客區在二樓也十分便利，地面有各式各樣的交通工具，安排的房間舒適，唯獨枕頭不舒服， 枕一個太薄、 枕兩個太厚， 多窗戶顯得十分開揚，能夠瀏覽整個城景， 各服務員都有帶著微笑地打招呼， 感覺良好。

感覺很高級的酒店，進酒店必須先坐升降機到18樓大堂，但電梯很快，沒有來回進出酒店的等待感，但要再走到大堂另一則轉乘電梯才到房間樓層，酒店內所有東西都很新淨，像新落成酒店一樣，房間空間足夠打開兩個行李箱，窗外觀景很漂亮，還可看到名古屋城，很好。 但酒店位置不太近jr站，像我這樣很多行李而又將名古屋作為中途站的旅客推著行李去jr站坐新幹線不太方便，酒店附近很多食肆，有的還營業至凌晨，對面馬路又有便利商店，吃喝則沒有問題 酒店連接地下街，如吃飯行街也方便，但提著行李由地下街往車站則不推薦，因地下街有只有樓梯的路段。 整體酒店不錯，價錢比車站旁的酒店便宜及漂亮，也有個不錯的浴場，就衡量需要極近車站還是要比較舒適，可考慮再次入住。
