Bendigo Loddon Beach Vacations

The apartment was clean and tidy and sufficient for our 3 night stay. It had everything we needed and more. The location is very central and walkable throughout the CBD. There are also tram stops nearby within the free zone. Check in after hours instructions were clear and easy to follow. We could also leave our luggage after check out to do more exploring. Unfortunately the wifi was terrible. It was very slow (speed test was showing up to 2Mbps download speed) and basically unresponsive. It could be due to the location of our room and that we weren’t getting any signal. I did mention this to the front desk but they weren’t able to help. Luckily we had a large mobile data plan so we just used that instead.

Apartment was spotless, perfect location. Very quiet evening view from the balcony was stunning. Highly recommended

The room was beautiful , spacious and well maintained . The pool area was great and the gym is very well equipped . The hotel was beautiful with a very relaxed feel . The staff were very welcoming and helpful .

Great from the start. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. Close to public transportation and dining options. Would stay here again!!

It way a nice place to stay. Location was perfect. There was just a few things that didn’t make it the best stay. Parking was $35 at the location but the parking spot was very dirty and smelt horrible. The rooms were nice and big. The bed was comfortable but again small things like cracked roofs, moldy shower and no smart TVs just didn’t make it the best stay. Staff were nice though

This is a great hotel and so close to many restaurants, the theater, and best gelato in the city(Anita).

Very underwhelming From the doorman, concierge to front desk unhelpful unknowlegable The doorman was to busy talking to a friend while he had a coffee to even acknowledge our arrive., His attire was sloppy and unprofessional. Front Dresk, arrived around 2, room would be ready till 3 was told there was no where to have a cup of tea or sit and just relax, had no idea where we get tea that was close to the hotel. At least 6 - 10 people after us rooms were available. When our room was finally available up we go waiting for our bags finally I had to ring and ask for them. Breakfast for 2, black tea and toast, eggs Benedict and an orange juice, I'm still waiting for the orange juice. There was only about 8 tables occupied. 20 minutes to get our car on leaving, if we should have of been told it would take this long on check in and we could have rung ahead. This just a small summary. Silicone around the bath had mould spots. Absolutely no way 5 star hotel or experience/ service. I had been a number of year ago and it was sad to experience how far The Windsor Hotel has fallen in condition and staff professionalism. Over all experience poor definitely won't be back.
