Hit the spot Hotel overall was very good, but needs a refresh and is beginning to show its age. Building works all round the area, so hard to avoid noise. It was the down season so it is expected that work would be happening in the area in preparation for the high season. Falar greeted me at the front desk and was extremely prepared and knowledgeable about this hotel. The room was clean and new and even had a jacuzzi on the patio. The roof top bar and pool was also a wonderful spot especially around 6:45 when the sun was setting. The sunset was top notch. The room we booked ended up having an ocean view, even though we only booked a deluxe king which was an added bonus. The welcome drink was also very nice after a long flight. Be prepared to either wait for a buggy to pick you up or walk up a log of hills, as the whole hotel was up and down in the hills. This did not affect us, but may do if you are handicapped. The general location of the hotel is not great if you want to...
