"Hello,
During our stay, we had to take cold showers for the first four days because the hotel was experiencing problems with the hot water system. We were informed that the issue would be fixed, and fortunately we had hot water only during the last three days before our departure.
At the time, the hotel assured us that we would receive compensation in the form of a discount on our stay due to this inconvenience. However, to this day, we have not received any refund or discount."
"We loved our stay at The Tides Inn. Anderson was especially friendly and helpful in helping us navigate our stay. We had a room with a kitchen and it had so much charm and it was quite spacious. It's a 2 min walk to Heisler Park and the beach and only a bit longer to main beach. We borrowed beach towels, a boogie board, and an umbrella all from the front desk. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well. We will be staying here again.

"The boutique style hotel is very cute, great location, the staff is very friendly. The room was clean. The pool area is small but very comfortable, especially in the evenings the outdoor fire pit.
I do believe that we overpaid for the property per night. It is very expensive but it seems like everything in Laguna Beach is expensive. I definitely would stay here again."
