The accommodation is in great location with walking distance to the kiss bridge and the night market The room is very clean and tidy. The rooftop swimming pool offers great views of the whole sunset town as well as the fireworks every night. The location is convenient for booking local tours to the south island as well as island hopping tour and snorkeling and other activities. Thanks for great customer service during our 3 nights stay. What a great place to relax. Little hidden gem in Phu Quoc. Great service and great food. Would definitely go back.

The property is close to night market and grocery store with lots of dining options. They provide a golf cart service where the staff will take you to and from these places free of charge. Staff speaks english. The accommodation all comes with private washroom and toilet. A $7US uber ride to the downtown core. The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. The private pool helps you cool off on a hot day. The staff are very helpful. Reach out to them if you need airport shuttle pick up drop off, free. They have a buffet breakfast with lots of selection and it is tasty. I would definitely stay again.

This location was absolutely amazing, from the Authentic Indian Cuisine to the hospitality. If you can speak with Aidan (Ahn), he can suggest some must-dos not too far from the resort. One of the best resorts I've stayed in this far.

We loved our stay here. The facilities were exceptional and cannot be faulted. The variety of areas to sit and relax, sunbake, swim etc are fantastic. It is tranquil and relaxing. Rooms a beautiful and everything is luxurious in the rooms. More regular availability to order food and drinks would be great - maybe a QR code ordering system as couches all have numbers. Staff are trying but are struggling to keep up with the demands of the vast number of nationalities that are visiting. A shuttle service out to the varied restaurants and spas as well as the ATM would be fantastic every half hour - that would complete the experience. Overall I would definitely highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely return.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from before I arrived until after I checked out. The inclusive breakfast was top notch and something I looked forward to each day. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a SLH

Enjoyed our stay at Au Lac for 3 nights. The staff is super nice and awesome. They had a nice treat for my son for his birthday. The supervisor is sweet, she gave us a free upgraded room which was spacious and clean. The location is convenient to walk around district 1. We will absolutely come back here again.
