8/10 Very Good! (2,556 reviews)
It’s an older hotel needs a bit of TLC but it’s clean and convenient and the staff is nice and friendly… was just there going back in December!!

9/10 Wonderful! (2,825 reviews)
Great location right next to Central Station. Would stay again if in New York. Parts of the hotel are feeling tired. Room was dusty behind units and up high. Aircon went off when it felt like it in bedroom and the baths was old We didn’t have a big walk in shower like other rooms did. Paint work was chipped and walls marked. Nothing a bit of paint couldn’t fix. We didn’t always get milk and sugar replaced in the drink area. But was great having a mini fridge and microwave. We had a suite which gave a family of 3 a great space. There is a tv in the living room and the bedroom and the sofa bed was comfortable.
